Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off, even if you previously allowed them. A browser choice never overrides an account opt-out or an administrator exclusion.

Account settings include your analytics preference, data export, and account deletion controls. You can also submit a privacy request without signing in. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request. CinePlan does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Our privacy policy explains the service providers we use to operate CinePlan.

Regional privacy rights

Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, or to restrict or object to processing. Use the request form for these rights, a sale or sharing opt-out, or a privacy appeal. Requests are reviewed under applicable law; submitting a request does not automatically delete data or close an account.

Cookies & browser storage

CinePlan uses first-party cookies and browser storage for the purposes below. The exact entries depend on the features you use. This browser choice is separate from accepting our Terms and from reading the Privacy Policy.

Your privacy choice: The cineplan_analytics_consent cookie remembers your explicit choice for 180 days on CinePlan. A timestamp in local storage notifies other tabs when it changes; it is not an analytics identifier. Clearing site data or using another browser may require a new choice. Optional analytics stay off until you allow them.
Sign-in, security and preferences: Authentication session cookies use a renewable 7-day expiry. Security cookies protect sign-in. Other cookies or local storage remember your last sign-in method, language, currency, theme and layout. Language, currency and last sign-in-method cookies last up to one year; the sidebar cookie lasts 7 days. Other local preferences remain until changed or cleared. Security providers may use storage needed to prevent abuse when their features are used.
Optional analytics: When permitted, CinePlan collects page visits, feature events and browser-error reports. Signed-in records may be associated with your account. First-visit attribution in local storage has a 30-day limit; session storage may prevent duplicate events. Rejecting optional analytics clears this optional browser storage where accessible and stops future optional collection. It does not delete previously collected server records. Scheduled cleanup removes page views and events older than 90 days and browser-error reports older than 30 days; these periods do not apply to every account or security record.
Features you choose to use: The teleprompter stores your script and settings locally until changed or cleared. Offline Day-of packages can include schedules and contact details in this browser’s database. Packages are valid for at most 12 hours (or less if access expires sooner); cleanup occurs when data is accessed or the signed-in account changes, so expiry does not guarantee immediate deletion from disk. The service worker also caches public assets and the offline shell.

You can remove stored site data using your browser settings. This may sign you out and remove saved preferences, scripts or offline packages. It does not delete your CinePlan account or server records. For personal-data requests, use the request links above or contact hello@cherrium.com.
