Built for real production work

Start with the fields crews actually need

A useful call sheet should answer the questions a cast or crew member has before leaving home: where to go, when to arrive, who to contact, what is being filmed, and what could affect the day. This blank template keeps those details in one practical structure without requiring an account.

Common questions

What information belongs on a call sheet?

At minimum, include the production name, date, crew call, locations, parking, weather, emergency details, production contacts, cast and crew calls, and the planned schedule.

When should a call sheet be sent?

Send it after the next shoot day is confirmed and early enough for recipients to review travel and call details. If the schedule changes, clearly identify the revised version.

What does CinePlan add beyond the blank template?

CinePlan can connect call sheet drafts to the production schedule, contacts, locations, weather, delivery confirmations, revisions, branding, and supported exports according to the selected plan.
